If your vehicle falls into the following categories, please verify the proper surcharge is selected on your contract.  If the proper surcharge is not selected, your contract may become void.

 

1.    Vehicle has a lift kit, leveling kit, or has oversized wheels or tires (this includes any tire or wheel size larger than specified on the OEM sticker on the driver’s side door).

2.    Vehicle is equipped with a snow plow.

3.    Vehicle will be used for commercial use, is registered to a business, or has business signage.

 

If your vehicle has any of the following, your contract may become void or claims may be denied. 

 

1.    Vehicle has a salvage title.

2.    Vehicle has performance modifications.

 

If your contract is missing the surcharges above or falls into one the listed categories, please call Auto Exam, Inc. at 1-800-709-5792 prior to registering.  Your contract may need to be cancelled.
